Founded by Hrefna Helgadóttir (Habbi), GLITSKÝ combines local expertise with international connections through Michael Dixon of Nashville’s Sodarock Music, creating fully integrated management teams that open doors worldwide.

  • Hrefna Helgadóttir, widely known as Habbi, is the visionary founder and CEO of GLITSKÝ Management. With over 15 years of experience across Iceland, London, and the US, she has built a career at the intersection of artist management, creative strategy, and international music marketing.

    Habbi has a proven track record of scaling artists’ careers to new heights — delivering #1 singles, sold-out festival debuts, international press coverage, and strategic partnerships with leading global music professionals.

    A hands-on manager and educator, she empowers artists to navigate the business of music while fostering sustainability and long-term growth. Her mission: to turn vision into visibility, and talent into lasting impact.

  • Michael Dixon is an internationally recognized creative management executive and founder of Sodarock Music, with offices in Nashville, London, and Berlin.

    With over 25 years of experience, he has guided some of the world’s most acclaimed songwriters, producers, and emerging artists — including collaborations with Ron Sexsmith, Martin Terefe (Jason Mraz, Train), Sacha Skarbek (James Blunt), and Paul Herman (Dido).

    Dixon brings unmatched industry insight and global connections to GLITSKÝ, ensuring Icelandic artists gain direct access to world-class mentorship and international opportunity.
