Electronic Press Kit (EPK) Development

An Electronic Press Kit (EPK) brings together the essential materials needed to present an artist and their work clearly to potential partners, media and other industry professionals.

The aim is to make it easy for others to understand the artist behind the project and communicate what makes the work distinct and memorable. Strong promotional materials are built around a clear narrative that carries throughout the release cycle, from releases and interviews to pitching and other opportunities.

Every EPK will look slightly different depending on the artist, release plan and objectives, but a complete EPK will typically include:

  • Artist Biography

  • Press Photos cleared for media use

  • Industry One-Sheet

  • Press Release for an upcoming release

Advisory — from €590/month + VAT
For artists and teams managing execution themselves who want access to GLITSKÝ’s frameworks, expertise and strategic guidance.

Professional Copy — €890 + VAT
Artist Biography • Industry One-Sheet • Press Release

A complete professional text, such as an artist biography or press release, ready for distribution to media, industry professionals and other partners. The fee covers one text in one language and includes a two-hour information-gathering session, strategic development, final copy and two rounds of revisions.

Professional Copy in English + Icelandic — €1,190 + VAT
The same professional text developed simultaneously in both languages.

Complete Electronic Press Kit (EPK) — from €2,890 + VAT
Includes strategy sessions, artist biography, release copy/press release, industry one-sheet, preparation and coordination of a professional photo shoot, and delivery of a complete EPK with all materials organised for media and industry partners.

Photographer fees and other third-party costs are not included.
